Go Nimbly is seeking a RevOps Solutions Architect to enhance client revenue through operational efficiency and innovative solutions. This role requires collaboration with various teams to develop impactful technology roadmaps.

Who you are

You have a strong background in Revenue Operations, with experience in creating operational efficiencies for high-growth companies. You understand the importance of a frictionless buying experience and are passionate about driving revenue through innovative solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside consultants, program managers, developers, and analysts to deliver best-in-class solutions. Your expertise in scoping, discovery, and solutioning allows you to lead teams effectively, considering scalability and best practices in your architectural decisions. You are adaptable and stay updated on the latest technology trends, ensuring that your solutions are not only effective but also forward-thinking. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with various CRM and operational tools is a plus, as is familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics. A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential traits that will help you succeed in this role. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of remote work and can manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.

What you'll do

As a RevOps Solutions Architect at Go Nimbly, you will play a crucial role in helping clients optimize their revenue operations. You will collaborate with a diverse team to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs, developing technology roadmaps, and ensuring that solutions align with best practices. You will also be responsible for guiding the team through architectural decisions, weighing trade-offs, and considering scalability in your designs. Your role will involve continuous engagement with clients, providing them with insights and recommendations based on your expertise in the RevOps space. You will be instrumental in driving the success of high-growth companies by creating solutions that are both innovative and practical.

What we offer

Go Nimbly is a fully remote company, allowing you to work from anywhere within the specified locations. We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000, with adjustments based on geographical location and experience. In addition to a base salary, you will be eligible for a performance bonus plan, rewarding your contributions to the company's success.
