Who you are
You have a strong background in Revenue Operations, ideally with experience in consulting roles that focus on sales technology and operational efficiency. You thrive in client-facing situations, translating complex business needs into actionable solutions. Your attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity make you an asset in high-velocity environments. You are comfortable leading multiple Gong implementations, ensuring that each project is delivered on time and meets client expectations. You possess a growth mindset and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovative thinking and collaboration.
Desirable
Experience with Gong or similar sales technology platforms is a plus. Familiarity with operational efficiency strategies and a track record of driving revenue growth for clients will set you apart. You are a proactive communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels and foster strong relationships. A passion for continuous learning and improvement is essential, as is the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the implementation of Gong for various clients, guiding them through the process from discovery to launch. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that enhance their sales processes. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. You will also provide training and support to clients, helping them maximize the value of their Gong investment. As a key member of the Delivery team, you will contribute to the overall strategy and vision for Go Nimbly's growth in the RevOps space.
What we offer
Go Nimbly is a fully remote company, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the U.S. or select LATAM countries. We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000, with adjustments based on geographical location. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a performance bonus plan that rewards your contributions to our clients' success.
