Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the fintech or payments industry. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with partners, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work cross-functionally with marketing, strategy, and local teams. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. You are results-driven and have a track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Desirable

Experience in the payments sector or with direct debit solutions is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and open banking can set you apart. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can adapt to the evolving needs of partners and customers.

What you'll do

As a Partner Account Manager at GoCardless, you will own the relationships with our largest partners in the ANZ region. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and adoption of the GoCardless product among these partners. You will work closely with an experienced Partnerships Leader and the local go-to-market team to develop strategies that enhance existing relationships and forge new alliances. You will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that align with our business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company.

You will engage with partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with the necessary support and resources to maximize their use of our services. You will also collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to create campaigns that promote our offerings and drive engagement. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
