Who you are
You have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing new business and managing client relationships effectively. Your experience in the SMB and MidMarket segments has equipped you with the skills to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. You excel in strategic negotiation and are comfortable collaborating with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance outreach efforts. You stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, allowing you to identify unique selling propositions and market opportunities. Your proactive approach to maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients sets you apart as a hunter in the sales field.
Desirable
Experience in workplace collaboration tools or similar SaaS products is a plus. Familiarity with personalized engagement techniques and strategic follow-ups will help you thrive in this role. A strong understanding of market trends and the ability to pivot strategies based on client feedback will enhance your effectiveness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will efficiently maintain and proactively close a robust pipeline of prospective clients by employing personalized engagement techniques and strategic follow-ups. You will collaborate closely with SDRs, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their client outreach efforts. Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities will be crucial as you identify unique selling propositions and market opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals. Your ability to manage the dynamic needs of small to medium-sized and midmarket accounts will be key to your success.
What we offer
GoLinks offers a competitive annual base salary range of $75,000-$90,000 USD, with uncapped commission and on-target earnings of $150,000-$180,000 USD. You will have the opportunity to work in our San Jose, CA office three days a week, fostering collaboration and team engagement.
