Who you are

You have experience in outbound prospecting and have demonstrated success generating meetings through LinkedIn outreach, personalized emails, and cold calls. You can manage high outbound activity while maintaining quality, ensuring that you consistently book high-quality meetings with target accounts. Your strong communication skills allow you to connect confidently and clearly with prospects across multiple channels, whether in written, verbal, or virtual formats.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Executives to qualify and pursue both cold and warm opportunities. You understand the importance of delivering an exceptional experience for prospects throughout the sales process, ensuring that their needs are addressed effectively. You are also comfortable tracking, analyzing, and refining outbound campaigns and messaging to improve performance continuously.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives to source and close SMB, mid-market, and enterprise SaaS opportunities. You will own the early stages of the sales process, identifying top prospects and creating a robust pipeline. Your responsibilities will include prospecting effectively through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling, consistently booking high-quality meetings with target accounts. You will also identify and research top prospects, providing actionable insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance overall performance.

You will represent GoLinks at virtual and in-person events or conferences, networking and establishing new leads. Your ability to track and analyze outbound campaigns will be crucial in refining messaging and improving performance. You will be part of a remote-first company that values a geographically neutral approach to compensation, ensuring that you are rewarded fairly based on your role and contributions.

What we offer

GoLinks offers a competitive compensation package, including uncapped commission and on-target earnings of $65,000 USD.
