You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in direct or agency client advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media. Your background includes working with clients and influencing C-level stakeholders, showcasing your ability to build trusted relationships and understand their business needs. You possess knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategies and tactics, which allows you to effectively assess and solve client needs.
Your experience managing and building a pipeline to support long-term business growth demonstrates your sales leadership capabilities. You are adept at using data to report on business drivers and present compelling narratives to management, utilizing storytelling to influence decisions. You bring a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prioritize and deliver a positive customer sales experience to Google's advertisers. You will coach peers proactively within the organization to create skill lift that drives client growth and contributes to overall team success. Generating business plans to define strategies and tactics will be a key responsibility, as you build an understanding of clients' business models, define their business goals, and create key strategies to exceed success metrics.
