Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, client management, and sales pitching. Your background in the sales industry has equipped you with the skills to think strategically about complex issues and develop actionable recommendations. You possess excellent investigative skills and a deep understanding of both traditional and online marketing strategies and tactics.

Your passion for sales and knowledge of online media drives you to maximize customer success. You act like an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers. Building trusted relationships with clients is second nature to you, as you uncover their business needs and translate them into powerful solutions that help achieve their most ambitious goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with a set of advertisers to shape their business growth and strengthen long-term relationships. You will drive scalable strategies to optimize and expand their advertising investments by understanding business drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, and managing risks. Your ability to create multi-quarter plans for sustainable business growth will be crucial.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable customer growth, driving business planning and strategy while providing education for customers. Your role will involve reviewing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure that clients achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
