You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in sales, advertising, account management, or marketing. Your background includes leading and managing multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously. You possess knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategies, tactics, and products across all digital advertising product areas, and you have a strong understanding of the local market. You think strategically about complex issues and can develop actionable recommendations or plans. Your passion for sales and knowledge of online media drives your commitment to maximizing customer success.

You act like an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers. Building trusted relationships with customers is second nature to you, as you uncover their business needs and translate them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, achieving success as a team with sellers and shaping the future of advertising in the AI era.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive business growth and long-term partnerships by managing customer accounts and developing multi-quarter plans for sustainable business growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enable customer growth and contribute to overall team success. Your responsibilities will include understanding business drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, and managing risks. You will also be responsible for educating customers about Google's advertising solutions and ensuring they are effectively utilized to meet their goals. Your ability to think strategically will be crucial as you navigate complex issues and develop recommendations that align with both customer needs and Google's objectives.
