Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in cloud native architecture within a customer-facing or support role. Your expertise includes cloud engineering, virtualization, and containerization platforms, allowing you to effectively engage with technical stakeholders and executive leaders. You are skilled in programming languages, debugging, systems design, and conducting customer workshops, which enables you to present complex technical solutions clearly and effectively.

Your experience extends to selling technical solutions in areas such as infrastructure modernization, application modernization, and data management. You have a proven track record of building long-term technical strategies that uncover new workloads with customers, and you are adept at migrating applications and services to cloud platforms. Your understanding of security concepts, including encryption and identity management, ensures that you can address critical security concerns in cloud environments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical engagement during the solution phase, facilitating the post-business transition by supporting pricing activities and transitioning the final delivery plan to implementation teams. You will maintain awareness of progress against the delivery plan, providing support to cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases. Your responsibilities will include driving the entire business cycle, defining delivery and consumption plans, and ensuring successful execution of cloud solutions for customers.

You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, leveraging your technical expertise to propose tailored solutions that drive business outcomes. Your role will involve presenting to both technical and executive stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the process. You will also be responsible for documenting technical strategies and solutions, contributing to the overall knowledge base of the Google Cloud Platform team.
