Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in cloud native architecture within a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes managing, mentoring, or coaching a quota-carrying team, demonstrating your leadership capabilities. You have experience working with customers across various industries and verticals, showcasing your adaptability and understanding of diverse business needs.
You are well-versed in software lifecycles, building tools, and architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed systems, including data platforms, AI/ML, and infrastructure. Your ability to engage with technical stakeholders and executive leaders allows you to tailor and deliver compelling messages that resonate with different audiences. You thrive in environments where you can facilitate productivity and collaboration through cloud computing solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead workload and opportunity review meetings, providing insights on achieving technical agreements and migration strategies while working directly with customers, partners, and prospects. You will collaborate cross-functionally across Google, your partners, and your team to resolve technical roadblocks, including capacity needs and constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Your responsibilities will also include liaising with product marketing management and engineering teams to stay updated on industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.
You will assist fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for customers, ensuring they receive the best possible support and solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in managing a team through sales processes, operations, and career development, including account mapping, quota setting, and performance management. You will be instrumental in driving business opportunities and enhancing customer experiences with Google Cloud.
