Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in an advertising sales or business development role. Your ability to communicate fluently in English and either Polish, Czech, or Romanian allows you to effectively manage client relationships in the region. You possess a strong understanding of the online advertising industry and insights into both digital and traditional media, which helps you build a pipeline from scratch through strategic focus and execution.

Your experience includes planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, as well as measuring their success. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and are independent, thriving in ambiguous situations while contributing to a team environment. Your strong communication and influencing skills enable you to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions tailored to meet client needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will consult with clients to achieve their domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Googleโ€™s marketing solutions, including YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, and Google Display Network. You will design marketing strategies that leverage your expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for customers. Your responsibilities will include educating clients about Googleโ€™s advertising solutions, pitching comprehensive strategies, closing deals, and managing ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

You will work closely with sellers and other stakeholders to shape and execute marketing strategies that align with client objectives. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and client feedback to continuously improve service offerings and drive incremental outcomes for both Google and its customers. You will be expected to act like an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary results.
