Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders, showcasing your strong communication skills. You possess experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms, which equips you to handle complex technical discussions effectively. Your ability to build trusted advisory relationships allows you to make recommendations on integration strategies and enterprise architectures that optimize Google Cloud effectiveness.

You have a proven track record of driving the entire sales cycle, from defining delivery and consumption plans to transitioning them for execution. Your experience includes building long-term technical strategies to uncover new workloads with customers, demonstrating your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. You are adept at migrating applications and services to cloud platforms, ensuring a smooth transition for clients. Additionally, your familiarity with selling technical solutions in Cloud AI positions you as a valuable asset in the rapidly evolving cloud landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate the adoption of Google Cloud products by educational institutions, government agencies, and businesses, helping them become more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You will listen to customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Google Cloud. Collaborating with fellow sales Googlers, you will problem-solve key technical issues for customers, ensuring they have the necessary tools for successful deployments. You will work closely with product marketing management and engineering teams to stay updated on industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.

Your responsibilities will include building trusted advisory relationships with clients, making recommendations on integration strategies, and providing best practice advice to optimize their use of Google Cloud. You will also assist partners during the migration phase, ensuring they have all the tools necessary for a successful deployment. Your role will require you to stay on top of industry trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and satisfaction.
