Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in cloud native architecture, particularly in customer-facing or support roles. Your background includes cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, and expertise in virtualization or containerization platforms. You are skilled in engaging with technical stakeholders and presenting to executive leaders, showcasing your ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Your programming skills are strong, with experience in debugging, systems design, prototyping, and conducting customer workshops. You have a proven track record of building long-term technical strategies that uncover new workloads with customers, and you are adept at migrating applications and services to cloud platforms. Your experience extends to selling technical solutions in areas such as infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, cloud AI, networking, migrations, and security.

You are familiar with frameworks for deep learning, including PyTorch, Jax, and Ray, and have worked with AI accelerators like TPUs and GPUs. Your understanding of model architectures, such as encoders, decoders, and transformers, allows you to leverage machine learning APIs effectively. Additionally, you possess knowledge of security concepts, including encryption, identity management, access control, and attack vectors.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead technical engagements during the solution phase, facilitating post-sales transitions by supporting pricing activities and transitioning the final delivery plan to implementation teams. You will maintain awareness of progress against the delivery plan, providing support to cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases. Your responsibilities will include defining delivery and consumption plans and ensuring successful execution.

You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, helping them leverage Google Cloud technologies to achieve their business objectives. Your role will involve driving customer workshops and providing technical guidance throughout the engagement process. You will also be responsible for presenting technical solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer goals and expectations.
