Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in cloud native architecture, ideally in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, and expertise in virtualization or containerization platforms. You are comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders and presenting to executive leaders, showcasing your strong communication skills.
Your experience extends to programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, and conducting customer workshops. You have a proven track record of promoting technical solutions in Cloud AI and driving the entire business cycle, from defining delivery plans to executing them effectively. You are knowledgeable about security concepts such as encryption, identity management, and access control, which are crucial in today's cloud environments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key player in the Google Cloud Platform team, helping customers transform their businesses with cloud technology. You will lead technical engagements during the solution phase, ensuring that customer needs are met and delivery plans are well-defined. Your responsibilities will include facilitating post-sales transitions, supporting pricing activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams during the ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases. You will maintain awareness of progress against delivery plans and provide ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
