Your ability to present technical solutions to executive leaders sets you apart in this role.
You have a strong preference for promoting technical solutions in cloud AI, and you are adept at driving the entire business cycle, from defining delivery plans to transitioning them for execution. Your experience in building technical strategies to uncover new workloads with customers is invaluable, especially in the context of migrating applications and services to cloud platforms. You thrive in environments where you can help customers transform their businesses through innovative technology.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Engineer at Google, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs and shaping the future of their businesses through cloud technology. You will lead technical engagements during the solution phase, ensuring that delivery plans are well-defined and executed. Your responsibilities will include facilitating post-sales transitions, supporting pricing activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams during the ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases. You will maintain awareness of progress against delivery plans and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with customers to define their technical requirements and help them navigate the complexities of cloud migration. Your role will involve conducting workshops and demos to showcase the capabilities of Google Cloud Platform, ensuring that customers fully understand the benefits of the technology.
