Job Description
Who you are
As a Key Holder, you are someone who displays an ability for managerial responsibilities and is committed to providing excellent customer service. You understand the importance of establishing rapport with customers and are knowledgeable about the products offered by BRS. You are reliable and punctual, arriving early to open the store and leaving late to ensure everything is secure. You are also capable of identifying problems with working conditions and communicating them effectively to management.
You thrive in high-volume periods, providing support to new employees and ensuring that all customers receive the best service possible. Your knowledge of BRS products allows you to make informed recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience. You are comfortable operating the alarm system and handling cash transactions, adhering to company policies regarding age verification and customer interactions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, which includes operating the alarm system and ensuring that all security measures are followed. You will assist in managing the store during busy periods, providing support to both customers and staff. Your responsibilities will include driving sales across all departments, replenishing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also perform cashier functions, ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
You will play a key role in training new employees, sharing your knowledge of BRS products and customer service best practices. Your ability to identify and solve problems will be crucial in maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. You will be expected to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and ready for customers. Overall, your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
