You are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a retail environment. You enjoy engaging with customers and providing them with a positive shopping experience. Your ability to build rapport with customers is key to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards. You are comfortable handling cash and operating electronic payment systems. You understand the importance of following age verification policies and ensuring compliance with store procedures.
What you'll do
As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need. You will provide recommendations based on your knowledge of BRS products, driving sales across all departments. Your responsibilities will include replenishing inventory, performing cashier functions, and ensuring accurate pricing and quantities. You will handle customer transactions, process refunds and exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and following safety protocols while handling products and equipment.
