Who you are
You are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a retail environment. You understand the importance of building relationships with customers and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and your knowledge of products will help you drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You are comfortable handling cash and operating electronic payment systems, ensuring accuracy in transactions. You are physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and are committed to maintaining store safety and cleanliness standards.
What you'll do
As a Store Associate at Gopuff, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that each customer has a positive shopping experience. You will drive sales across all departments by making product recommendations and assisting customers with their purchases. Additionally, you will perform cashier functions, including processing payments, handling refunds and exchanges, and balancing the register drawer at the end of your shift. You will also be responsible for replenishing inventory and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the store.
