You are a motivated individual with a positive attitude, eager to provide excellent customer service in a retail environment. You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are ready to engage with customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You understand the importance of building relationships with customers and are committed to driving sales through exceptional service.

You are comfortable operating cash registers and handling various payment methods, ensuring accuracy in transactions. You are also willing to learn about the products offered by BRS, which include spirits, beer, wine, and party goods, to provide informed recommendations to customers. Your ability to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for shoppers.

What you'll do

As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales across all departments by providing knowledgeable recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also handle cashier functions, including processing payments, balancing the register drawer, and managing refunds and exchanges.

In addition to customer service, you will be responsible for replenishing and maintaining inventory, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized. You will follow all company procedures regarding coupons and gift cards, and adhere to age verification policies when selling alcohol. Your role may also include observing vehicle policies and procedures if you are involved in deliveries, ensuring that all safety standards are met.
