You are physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and are willing to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.

What you'll do

As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, which includes answering questions, making recommendations, and driving sales across all departments. You will also be responsible for replenishing and maintaining inventory, performing cashier functions, and adhering to age verification policies. You will operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics, ensuring that all prices and quantities are accurate. Additionally, you will handle payments, process refunds and exchanges, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
