Who you are
You are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a retail environment. You have a passion for providing excellent service and building relationships with customers. You understand the importance of product knowledge and are eager to learn about BRS products to make informed recommendations. You are comfortable handling cash transactions and following age verification policies. You are physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
What you'll do
As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. You will drive sales across all departments by providing recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include replenishing inventory, performing cashier functions, and adhering to company policies regarding transactions. You will operate scanners and cash registers, ensuring accuracy in pricing and quantities. Additionally, you will handle refunds and exchanges, balance the register drawer, and maintain store safety standards.
