Job Description
Who you are
You are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a retail environment. You understand the importance of building relationships with customers and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. You are knowledgeable about products and can make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. You are comfortable handling cash and operating electronic payment systems, ensuring accuracy in transactions. You are physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
What you'll do
As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. You will drive sales across all departments by providing excellent customer service and product recommendations. Your responsibilities will include replenishing and maintaining inventory, performing cashier functions, and adhering to age verification policies. You will accept various forms of payment and ensure all transactions are accurate, providing customers with receipts. Additionally, you will process refunds and exchanges, balance the register drawer, and follow all store procedures regarding coupons and gift cards.
