Who you are
You are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a retail environment. You understand the importance of building relationships with customers and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and your knowledge of products will help you drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You are comfortable handling transactions and ensuring that all policies are followed, especially regarding age verification and payment processing. You are physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and are committed to maintaining store safety and cleanliness standards.
What you'll do
As a Store Associate, you will greet customers and establish rapport while informing them about BRS products and services. You will be responsible for driving sales across all departments and providing recommendations based on customer needs. Your role will include replenishing and maintaining inventory, performing cashier functions, and ensuring accurate pricing and quantities. You will handle payments, process refunds and exchanges, and maintain a clean and safe store environment. You will also follow all procedures regarding coupons and gift cards, ensuring a smooth transaction process for customers.
