You are physically capable of performing tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds throughout your shift. You are also adaptable and can work a fluid schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desirable

While not required, having a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite, is a plus. You are open to learning and growing within the role, and you enjoy being part of a team that values collaboration and innovation.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You will interact with customers to handle substitutions or out-of-stock items, and you will use various equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely and efficiently.
