While not required, having a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite, would be beneficial. You are open to learning and improving your skills in a collaborative environment. Your willingness to engage with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture is highly valued.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Additionally, you will handle customer communications regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.

You will work closely with partner drivers to facilitate the delivery of products and ensure that all operations run efficiently. Your role will require you to use various equipment, such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies, to move products safely and effectively. You will also need to be comfortable working in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to the job.
