Who you are
You are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on various operational responsibilities. You possess a strong work ethic and are ready to tackle challenges with enthusiasm. Your ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role. You are comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and can lift up to 49 pounds. You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which will help you manage tasks efficiently.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a positive customer experience.
