You have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You are comfortable standing and walking for the duration of your shift and can lift up to 49 pounds. Your attention to detail ensures that you manage inventory accurately and resolve discrepancies effectively.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice. Additionally, you will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility.

You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Your role will involve contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items and handling, scanning, and moving products safely and efficiently. You will work in various environments, including freezer locations, and will need to navigate several flights of steps throughout your shifts.
