You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which will help you manage tasks efficiently. You understand the importance of compliance with operational practices, such as FIFO, and are committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items will be necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations periodically, and you will need to be capable of walking several flights of steps throughout the day.
