What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Additionally, you will handle customer communications regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will be required to stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during your shifts, demonstrating your physical capability to perform the tasks at hand. You will use equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products efficiently. Your role may also involve working in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, so being comfortable in varying environments is essential.
