What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new job orders weekly, aligning your efforts with performance objectives. You will establish and maintain a target list of potential clients, developing relationships that lead to increased sales and profitability. Your prospecting activities will include a mix of phone calls, in-person meetings, and digital outreach, allowing you to connect with clients through various channels. You will collaborate with one or more recruiters to ensure that open job orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, leveraging your teamwork skills to achieve shared goals.
You will also work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively will be essential as you engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
