What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Gopuff's operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory. You will ensure that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies that arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, managing waste and spoilage, and handling customer inquiries regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. You will also be required to use various equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products efficiently. Your role may involve working in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, and you will need to be prepared to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout your assigned shift.
