What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their everyday essentials efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory to ensure that everything is organized and accounted for. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and facility, adhering to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage effectively. Additionally, you will communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a seamless experience for them.
