You are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on challenges. Your ability to work well with others and communicate effectively makes you a valuable team member. You are comfortable handling physical tasks and can lift up to 49 pounds. You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which helps you manage tasks efficiently. You are flexible with your schedule and can work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory. You will ensure that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility, manage waste and spoilage, and handle products safely. You will also be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items and preparing quality beverages and food menu items as needed.
