You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which will help you manage tasks efficiently. Your attention to detail ensures that you can accurately receive and unpack pallets of products, matching physical inventory counts with purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies that arise. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and you are committed to following FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage effectively.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility. You will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies.

You will be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that they receive the best possible service. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, and you will need to be capable of walking several flights of steps during the day. You will also prepare quality beverages and food menu items as part of your duties, contributing to the overall customer experience.
