What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of Gopuff. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that all products are accurately accounted for and organized. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

You will also manage the inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility. Compliance with FIFO practices will be essential as you manage waste and spoilage. You will be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that they receive the best possible service.

Your role will require you to handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, utilizing equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. You should be prepared to work in various conditions, including freezer locations, and be capable of lifting up to 49 pounds. Flexibility in your schedule will be necessary, as you may be required to work during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
