You are comfortable lifting up to 49 pounds and can navigate various physical tasks throughout your shift, including standing, bending, and walking. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as you may be required to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the site. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will also receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily tasks, as well as maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and facility. You will handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol, and will be expected to comply with FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage effectively. Additionally, you will interact with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a positive customer experience.
