What you'll do
As the first enterprise hire in the UK, you will be instrumental in shaping Gorgias' go-to-market strategy — your primary focus will be on acquiring high-value merchants generating over $20M in GMV. You will identify and engage potential clients, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to create meaningful connections. Your role will involve conducting market research to understand the competitive landscape and identifying key opportunities for growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that Gorgias' offerings align with market demands. Your insights will help shape product features and enhancements that resonate with enterprise clients. You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue and establish Gorgias as a leader in conversational commerce.
In addition to client acquisition, you will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with existing clients — your goal will be to ensure their success and satisfaction with Gorgias' platform. You will provide ongoing support and guidance, helping clients maximize the value of their investment in our solutions. Your efforts will contribute to the overall growth and success of Gorgias in the UK market.
