What you'll do

As an Observability Architect at Grafana, you will redefine what post-sales technical partnership looks like. You will engage with key customers to understand their observability needs and help them implement the Grafana LGTM Stack effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific use cases.

You will lead technical discussions and workshops, providing insights and guidance on best practices for observability. Your expertise will help customers maximize the value of their observability strategies, ensuring they can monitor and manage their systems effectively. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of Grafana's offerings by providing feedback and insights based on customer interactions.
