What you'll do

As a Senior Observability Architect at Grafana, you will lead the charge in redefining how we partner with our customers post-sale. You will engage with clients to understand their unique observability needs and design tailored solutions that leverage the Grafana LGTM Stack. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure that our observability tools are effectively integrated into customer environments, providing them with the insights they need to monitor their systems.

You will also be responsible for developing best practices and guidelines for observability implementations, ensuring that our customers can maximize the value of their Grafana investments. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and retention, as you work to build long-term relationships with key accounts. You will have the opportunity to influence product development based on customer feedback, helping to shape the future of Grafana's offerings.
