What you'll do

As the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Solution Engineers across the EMEA region — you will collaborate closely with sales leaders to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies. Your role will involve ensuring that your team is equipped to provide exceptional support and solutions to customers, leveraging Grafana's open-source tools.

You will work with your Customer Experience counterparts to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific requirements — your leadership will guide the team in adopting existing strategies while also innovating new approaches as necessary. You will play a crucial role in scaling the team and the solutions offered, ensuring that Grafana remains a leader in the observability space.
