What you'll do

As the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of Solution Engineers across the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with Grafana's open-source ethos. Your role will involve mentoring and guiding your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.

You will work with customer experience teams to ensure that solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, driving adoption and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve service offerings.
