What you'll do

As a Technical Sales Representative at GrayMatter Robotics, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing sales opportunities within manufacturing facilities. Your primary focus will be on identifying production lines that face challenges due to manual surface finishing processes. You will engage with plant managers to educate them on our no-programming AI technology and demonstrate the immediate return on investment of our robotic solutions. You will conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.

You will leverage your network and marketing efforts to strategically prospect and engage with potential clients. By visiting customer sites, you will review their manual sanding processes and identify areas for improvement through automation. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the engineering team to ensure that the solutions you propose align with customer requirements and expectations. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress to management, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales targets.
