You have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector — your experience has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build lasting relationships with clients. You possess strong critical thinking skills and can effectively communicate with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously — your resilience and determination help you meet and exceed sales targets. You enjoy the challenge of building new relationships and are eager to roll up your sleeves to secure innovative partnerships with banks and credit unions.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry or with financial institutions is a plus — familiarity with B2B SaaS solutions will give you an edge in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Greenlight, you will be responsible for selling our tailored suite of family banking products to B2B clients, primarily banks and credit unions. You will work closely with the Commercial Team to identify new customer acquisition opportunities and develop strategies to grow our partnerships. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, presenting our solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business.
You will collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of our partners and their customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be crucial as you work to expand our portfolio of partnerships with leading financial institutions.
