Kpler is seeking an Account Executive to build and scale new business within financial services. You'll be responsible for originating and closing high-value deals with institutions. This role requires exceptional commercial judgment and a proactive approach to sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the financial services sector, demonstrating your ability to originate and close complex, high-value deals. Your experience includes building and maintaining a deep pipeline across hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and trading desks. You possess exceptional commercial judgment, knowing when to push, when to walk, and how to control a deal. You are highly disciplined, self-directed, and resilient under pressure, with an executive presence that allows you to challenge prospects and sell value, not just features. You thrive in environments where you have ownership and accountability, motivated by growth, impact, and earning potential.

Desirable

Experience in navigating complex markets and a strong understanding of commodities, energy, and maritime sectors would be advantageous. Familiarity with data platforms and the ability to position them as mission-critical solutions for clients is a plus.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full new business lifecycle from cold prospecting to close, operating with significant autonomy and minimal hand-holding. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a deep, active pipeline, ensuring consistent new logo wins and deal quality. Your role will involve running executive-level discovery sessions to position Kpler as a mission-critical data platform. You will lead complex sales cycles, creating pipeline from scratch and winning without brand dependency. Success in this position is defined by your ability to advance and close high-value deals while maintaining sustained quota performance.
