What you'll do
As an SMB Sales Associate (New Business), you will own the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing deals. You will navigate discovery calls, present the value of our wellness platform, and work diligently to secure new business within the small market segment. Your role will involve pitching to local businesses, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our platform can enhance their employee wellbeing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of your interactions with potential clients.
You will collaborate closely with the Client Sales team, sharing insights and strategies to improve our approach to small businesses. Your contributions will directly impact our growth in the U.S. market, and you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals. You will also participate in training sessions to develop your sales skills and gain a deeper understanding of our wellness offerings.
What we offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $59,000 to $64,000 USD, along with opportunities to participate in our annual bonus plan and sales incentive program.
