What you'll do

As a Customer Account Manager at HackerRank, you will own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of HackerRank's solutions within these accounts. You will develop and execute account strategies that align with customer goals, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.

You will act as the main point of contact for your customers, guiding them through every stage of their journey with HackerRank. This includes onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure they achieve tangible outcomes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to orchestrate resources and solve challenges that may arise.

Your role will also involve analyzing customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You will be responsible for presenting insights and recommendations to both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that HackerRank continues to meet and exceed customer expectations.
