What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of SMB customers, executing defined adoption and renewal motions to drive retention and customer satisfaction. You will conduct regular customer check-ins to ensure customers are realizing value from HackerRank's offerings and address any concerns they may have. You will work closely with senior team members to identify straightforward expansion opportunities and follow established playbooks to support customer success.

You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with your customers, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.
