Your experience in managing a Book of Business (BoB) has equipped you with the skills to drive expansion and measurable outcomes through effective partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for some of HackerRank's most strategic customers, guiding them through every stage of their journey from adoption to expansion. You will develop and execute account strategies that align with customer objectives, ensuring they achieve tangible outcomes with HackerRank's solutions. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating internal and customer teams to solve challenges and drive business impact.

You will maintain a comprehensive understanding of HackerRank's products and services, leveraging this knowledge to provide insights and recommendations to your customers.
