Relay Technologies is seeking a Strategic Accounts Lead to manage client growth and retention in the UK. You'll drive data integration and collaborate with teams to achieve key performance indicators. This role requires strong technical fundamentals and entrepreneurial drive.

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the logistics or technology sectors, and possess a strong understanding of client growth strategies. Your ability to foster relationships with enterprise clients is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to drive data integration effectively. Desirable

Experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. What you'll do

As the Strategic Accounts Lead, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, focusing on their growth, retention, and profitability. You will act as the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. Your role will involve driving deeper data integration between Relay and key clients, enabling enhanced network efficiency and performance. You will collaborate with internal teams to align on key performance indicators and ensure that client expectations are exceeded. Additionally, you will analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, presenting insights and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be crucial in this role, as you work to champion the needs of your clients within the organization.
