Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in program management, particularly in designing and executing complex programs that require collaboration across multiple teams. Your experience in early-stage environments has equipped you with the ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations, ensuring that programs run smoothly and effectively. You possess strong judgment and executive presence, allowing you to navigate challenging scenarios with confidence and professionalism.

Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is one of your key strengths. You understand the importance of building relationships and trust with both internal teams and external partners. You are detail-oriented and have a high bar for rigor and consistency, ensuring that every aspect of the program is executed to the highest standards.

You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable with the fast pace of a startup. Your adaptability and problem-solving skills enable you to respond quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining focus on the program's goals. You are passionate about the impact of AI on education and are excited about the opportunity to shape the Fellow Experience program at Handshake.

Desirable

Experience working with AI labs or educational institutions is a plus. Familiarity with data initiatives and advanced research programs will help you excel in this role. A background in operations or product management can also be beneficial as you collaborate with various teams to drive the program's success.

What you'll do

As the Senior Program Lead for Fellow Experience, you will be responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving a dedicated Fellow program. You will own the structure, systems, and execution of this high-impact, cohort-based program, ensuring that it meets the needs of both the customer and the fellows involved.

You will collaborate with teams across Operations, Product, Learning, and Strategic Project Leads to bring clarity and structure to the program. Your role will involve defining program objectives, developing processes, and implementing best practices to ensure the program's success. You will also be responsible for monitoring program performance and making data-driven decisions to enhance its effectiveness over time.

In addition to program management, you will play a foundational role in shaping how customer-specific programs are designed, run, and scaled. Your insights and expertise will be invaluable as you work to create a sustainable and impactful Fellow Experience program that aligns with Handshake's mission and values.
